Some angels are here only for a season, and what they leave behind still has existence an impact on our grand design in the entire landscape of all that enter Tamir’s tragedy in their hearts.

People of all races, religions and backgrounds are opening up their hearts for your beautiful son.

Your son was the world’s blessing.

You will make it through and this is hugs and love from ***messymandella***

Thanks to  the injustice of Ferguson, now we at least have two more recent unexplained, and unprovoked deaths where the media  painted  the  picture of the victims in the casket as the monsters. It’s ridiculous…

Apparently this little boy still enjoyed playing  with his toys. At least in Heaven, he can run free and play without any bullets…

The police shooting death of a 12-year-old boy with a toy gun in Cleveland has sparked an investigation — and questions over why officers opened fire instead of using a stun gun. Two officers have been placed on administrative leave pending a probe into Saturday’s shooting of Tamir Rice.

Police said officers responded to a report of a person waving a gun around at a playground and that Tamir was shot after he allegedly refused to put his hands up and reached in his waistband for what appeared to be a handgun.”

Well, of course we know Tamir was 12 Years old, so they may convince the world he deserved to be shot to death, because we may find video footage of him pushing a child down the street.         Anyone blaming a victim is  manipulating and using deflection from morality and truth to further their hidden agenda.

When Mike Brown died you know the bullets were less important than the store footage.

The media may decide that Tamir  was  cursing and disrespectful and running around the neighborhood throwing rocks at the neighbors so he deserved to die.

There is no reason he was shot dead at 12 years old for no damn reason.

The media  used the same defamation and observations to create the monster called Mike Brown. Of course the bias opposition degraded and destroyed  Trayvon’s character too.

The media  attempted to convinced us that  both boys deserved to be shot like  animals because  they were thugs and listened to rap music.

The talking heads on Fox News took one instance and one moment in Mike Brown’s life, and let that video footage dictate his legacy. Some citizens decide every moment of Mike’s stolen life by the video footage.

Sadly some citizens believed Mike’s life didn’t matter. Some people believed an unarmed man deserved to be shot.

Tamir’s life mattered and we must fight against the ignorant and judgemental citizens that believe their lives never mattered.

Tamir was a baby, there is no excuse.

Update – Not Guilty, My Ass. Freddie Gray Should Be Alive! ***messymandella***murder trial starts today…

Looting

Uprising

Rioting

Baltimore, no matter what  we label the actions in Maryland this week, this wouldn’t have happened if the moral code of the world was deemed superior to the so called law enforcement code. Who are the laws built to protect? Apparently not  Tamir Rice, Walter Scott, Trayvon, Mike Brown, and everyone else that was murdered just because they bumped into the wrong police officer at the wrong time?

Freddie, shouldn’t be dead and his twin sister shouldn’t be giving interviews. Oh, and to the conservatives who investigated Freddie Gray’s criminal record, you yourself wanted and needed validation  of your own racism and bigotry. If your relative was murdered by policeman, the LAST thing I would do would be to pull up their criminal records.

The  officers that were the same nationality of Freddie Gray are lower than dirt for what they watched and took place in to cause the “Uprising” and lynching  of Freddie are worse than George Zimmerman. Someone could have saved Freddie’s life. These people are upset the law has failed them repeatedly. How many more men and marches are we going to have this year. It is May 1,2015 and we are not getting the national support or confidence that this will change. Black men will keep running, because even if they run or not, they still may end up dead from  a police lynching, like Eric Garner and now Freddie Gray.

We still need love but, we want our voices to be heard too, even when we let our partners take the lead.
Make no mistake, I am not in the drug game, or any of those underworld life hustles.
I am however motivated beyond most, and have a purpose and your is not to end up in a casket or a prison cell.
Every movement is systematic, any street legend will tell you that quickly.
Make no mistakes, but if you do make sure that the deliberating effect, does not over ride your plans.
It however always does, because you were never destined to win.
In this case you will watch a woman who wanted to make a name for herself and end up in the female prison. Women sometimes accumulate more life sentences than the man, ask Santra Rucker.

NSFW RIOT RAVE – LORD FLVCKO (FT. BAAUER) ***messymandella***

I offer the families my sentiment, for the bereaved families of the police that were executed in NYC. Justice has laughed in the face of every race, every generation and law enforcement and public became enemies of all of the NYPD, even the innocent police. We are all  on edge, and in utter rage due to  the barbaric actions that have occurred. We as a nation are creating tensions amongst ourselves. If justice was served, both police would be alive.  This is the Domino Effect…

When citizens do not not feel security in the system of things, they rebel against the system. The female witness from Ferguson was a liar, but  indictment is over and Darren Wilson lives another day. These 2 NYPD police did not deserve it, but neither did Mike Brown, Tamir Rice, or Eric Garner, who were murdered without provocation.

LOOK WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR WORLD, BECAUSE JUSTICE WAS NOT SERVED!

FULL STORY:Phillip C Pannell, Another Trayvon Martin Who’s Death Was Never Vindicated! ***messymandella***

Life is momentary and difficult for children in the urban neighborhoods and when there is a lack of expectations in the police we also have a lack of justice and unfulfilled promises and stereotypes that will remain a dividing factor among the police and the minority relations in The United States Of America. We are taught not to rely on the police for justice, because they are the automatic enemy and should never be regarded as an ally. That is far from the truth on most occasions, or is it? If you were young and black and you need protection, you handle it in the streets. The life of Phillip C. Pannell can’t be ignored because of the year the injustice took place because we marched two years ago for the same damn thing.

Phillip C. Pannell

Phillip C. Pannell

Phillip C. Pannell, was a 16 Year old boy walking in his familiar neighborhood and area located in Teaneck, New Jersey a place were he never assumed he would end up dead while playing with his friends.

A little boy was playing in Bryant Park with his peers in New Jersey and he lost his life because Officer Gary Spath Officer and Wayne Blanco and his partner were called to Bryant Park because someone called in a complaint of a “black boy in a red jacket swinging a gun around in Bryant Park.” In this instant both were correct in their visiting the scene to investigate the alleged commotion and investigating a complaint. If Phillip has a gun they would have been vindicated for his capture, arrest or self defense. One key point to remember is that these incidents will always be debatable. Some will assume that Gary Spath only murdered Phillip out of self-defense others would call this a racial crime.

Whoever called the police with the wrong information and concerned tip, are partly responsible for Phillip’s death and I imagine they wished they would have never picked up the phone on April 10, 1990.  If that call would have never came into the police department maybe the little black boy in the red jacket, named Phillip C. Pannell could have made it home for dinner that night with his family? If only this insignificant death to some, would have been more newsworthy we as a community and a nation. Phillip C Pannell did inspire one book in 1995 book Color Lines: The Troubled Dreams of Racial Harmony in an American Town written by Teaneck, New Jersey resident, Mike Kelly.

As a Humanitarian and Activist you can feel anguish and emotional weakness with someone’s wrongful death. Phillip deserved a lengthy Wikipedia page, but instead has a paragraph and he still deserves national attention because the cycle keeps repeating.

PannellSpath_040711_ts_jpg_tif_

This is why it is my obligation to explain the last events of Philip C Pannel’s life and to remind the nation that Trayvon Martin was not the first and will not be the last of these “misunderstandings” or “self-defense cases” that are bogus because the person never intended to do harm but somehow ended up in a casket.

Phillip was in Bryant Park and as Officer Gary Spath and Officer Wayne Blanco moved in to the scene of the apparent criminal activity Officer Spath thought he was reaching for a gun and shot twice, and the last shot ended Phillip’s Life.  Racial issues will always be a prevalent defense when a black teenager is murdered. Did Phillip reach for a gun to shoot Spath and Blanco? Hell No that was just a reason to overshadow the fact remains, the officers used an overreaction to a situation that could have ended differently. Some witnesses claimed Phillip was unarmed. Some claim he had a gun in his jacket pocket?

Either way, Phillip C Pannell  never pointed a gun at Officer Spath or Officer Blanco.

“The dead youth’s dreams of becoming a football player and a rap singer and his days as a tenor in the church’s Inspirational Choir were recalled. And the Rev. Herbert D. Daughtry, a Teaneck resident, pastor of the House of the Lord Pentecostal Church in Brooklyn, and counselor to the Pannell family since the shooting, called for a monument in the young man’s name.”

”No longer will we put up with public officials putting guns in the hands of people that are untrained to our needs,” Mr. Bowden said. ”They come into our community, with fear in their hearts and tempered by racial bias. What do we get? We get Phillip Pannells all over the world. This must stop.”

Strong applause followed the remark.

In his eulogy, the Reverend Clarence E. Kenner, pastor of the church, urged the congregation to remain close to God and Christ.

”We don’t have to walk around with a sore heart, with a wounded spirit, because God can clean us up,” he said.

We as a community need to be able to trust those sworn to protect us! Officer Gary Spath was acquitted of all reckless endangerment charges regarding Phillip’s death. These police officer or men pretending to be Cops (George Zimmerman) should serve at least five years for reckless regard for human life, and 15 more years for robbing a family of a child.

Every time we have these events happen, it brings more awareness to the slain members of the human race who deserved a chance to live? Would he have become a father or a lawyer we don’t know? At least if   Officer Spath would not have been so reckless in regards to human life, then we wouldn’t have to explain this tragedy that keeps repeating every year.

Side Note TO Phillip’s Family and Friends: I never  or   chance to meet Phillip. I felt pain as soon as I read the story of the events. You are in my prayers and your son deserved the same attention Trayvon Martin received. I know that your son’s legacy was short but people need to know that the violence has to end, and their never any excuse to shoot and kill any teenager that is not pointing a gun or running for safety. I am hugging Phillip from heaven and hoping that the hurt that you feel can somehow translates into the love we need to bring unification in our communities.

***classic*** help bring their families closure! did officer steve chalkins murder terrance willams And Felipe Santos?***messymandella***

121 January 11,2003,  Terrance  Williams  wanted to go out, but  did have legal cause to drive his vehicle. Terrance calls roommate because he  is scared to drive home, too many cops. Terrance  does not come home that night. His roommate assumes he was with a woman. Next monday, Terrance roommates calls random phone numbers in phone.People who were at the party, knew he left around 6 am. 24 hours later, Terrance’s roommate sends email to Terrance’s mom worried. Wednesday, he is missing for 48 hours. Of course, they are starting to panicked. 27-year-old Terrance williams  was never seen again. None of his friends  are able to contact him. Terrance had a couple of DUIs, and could not register his White Cadillac in Florida. He  depended on his mom and friends to get him back and forth for work. He would  sneak  and drive his vehicle out of desperation. However, driving illegal should never lead to a  disappearance. Once the friends and family  could not find him  in Naples, Florida they contacted relatives in his home state of Tennessee.

They called the local  sheriff  (deputy Steve Calkins) who signed the towing receipt. Oddly, the deputy never reported towing the vehicle  his Police Department. Steve Calkins is a seasoned police officer. He knew proper procedures that he was expected to follow, as a an officer. He denied “remembering” towing the car. The craziest part is Calkins  has been a law enforcer  for over 17 years. Steve Calkins is full of shit. There is no way in hell that a police officer could not remember towing a white Cadillac, 4 days before.

Marcia Williams wants justice for her son. No one has seen Terrance Williams, since January 11, 2003. Steve Calkins , has done this  before. Felipe Santos has also disapeared. The last person to see Felipe Santos was of course, Steve Calkins. Felipe disappeared 3 months before Terrance Williams. This is outrageous and not a damn  coincidence. Steve Calkins, needs to receive his punishment. Felipe Santos and Terrance Willams were never seen after meeting Deputy Steve Calkins. I wonder how many others have suffered the same fate?

This is story needs wings. 4 children, deserve to put their daddy to rest. Terrance loved his family and paid child support on all 4 of his children. Terrance  and Felipe families need closure. Tyler Perry is offering  $100,000 for any information that leads to recovering  Terrance and Felipe.

I forget to mention, Steve Calkins was recorded calling the vehicle in the video towed, he called in a “Signal 11” which means abandoned vehicle. You can’t have an abandoned vehicle if you spoke to the driver of the vehicle.Terrance Williams is clearly heard speaking to Calkins in a recording, from his Cop Car. Yes, he is   recorded on the phone talking to  Steve Calkins, and he also said that he was joking when he said it was “abandoned” and a “homie ” vehicle. There is nothing funny about this situation. Steve Calkins has been fired, because of  polygraph and conflicting stories. Just think this happened after Civil Rights Movement and  Jim Crow. This should not have in our decade. The lack of coverage for this case, is sickening and disgusting. I wish their  live were deemed newsworthy…

south carolina’s zachary hammond, murdered by policeman***messymandella***

“Zachary Hammond was shot and killed by a police official during a sting operation. The official is unidentified and the department refuses to release his information. Hammond was going through the drive thru at Hardee’s and the police officer suspected him of illegal activity. The officer blocked the car, but evidence shows that the officer shot through the driver’s side window and his life was not in immediate danger. Ana Kasparian (The Point), Ben Mankiewicz (What the Flick!?), and Jimmy Dore (The Jimmy Dore Show) hosts of The Young Turks discuss.

Why does it seem the mainstream media is largely ignoring this? Is there a racial double standard?

“Zachary Hammond — an unarmed white man — was fatally shot by a police officer in South Carolina in July. Social media users have raised awareness of his death with the #BlackLivesMatter hashtag, but his family is angry over the lack of greater outrage.

When a police officer in South Carolina opened fire on 19-year-old Zachary Hammond in July, the official account was a familiar one: The officer feared he was about to be run over.” Young Turks
