14 Year-Old George Stinney’s Redemption***messymandella***

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Supporters of a 14-year-old black boy executed in 1944 for killing two white girls are asking a South Carolina judge to take the unheard-of move of granting him a new trial in hopes he will be cleared of the charges.

George Stinney was convicted on a shaky confession in a segregated society that wanted revenge for the beating deaths of two girls, ages 11 and 7, according to the lawsuit filed last month on Stinney’s behalf in Clarendon County.

The request for a new trial has an uphill climb. The judge may refuse to hear it at all, since the punishment was already carried out. Also, South Carolina has strict rules for introducing new evidence after a trial is complete, requiring the information to have been impossible to discover before the trial and likely to change the results, said Kenneth Gaines, a professor at the University of South Carolina‘s law school.

“I think it’s a longshot, but I admire the lawyer for trying it,” Gaines said, adding that he’s not aware of any other executed inmates in the state being granted a new trial posthumously”-Huffington Post

This murdered little boy may have his day of redemption after death.

George Stinney and Older Brother

This is a senseless death In history that seems to be forgotten. There is no way he could hurt anyone. No one thought he was guilty.

They just didn’t care if he died.

George Stinney executed in 1944,  South Carolina.

Some people still have never heard his name. Today you will find about his  sensless murder.

George Stinney  is still the youngest person  executed, in the 20 century.

George Stinney who was sickly, shy and underweight was accused of murdering two girls.

He “allegedly confessed” that he murdered the girls.

In the movie “Carolina Skeletons” they eluded that it was a law official that may have been the killer. The murder scene is just acting. It’s graphic, but the actor is reenacting the scene of what happened that day he was executed.

This little guy would not have the strength to kick a puppy. He would seen playing in the flowers with little girls while singing songs. That means he may have been a little effeminate.

There is no way in hell, George  killed and raped  two girls!

George had no one to speak up for him.

His dad fired from his job, because of the case.

George’s siblings were given only 2 choices.

1.Runaway

2.Lynched

Yes, little innocent children were going to be lynched for their brothers alleged crime.

The South will always have whispers of racism.

I just hope that whoever murdered these 2 little girls, gets justice.

I am sure they are in their afterlife.

However,sadly  so is George Stinney.

George Stinney finally received his redemption. It is a bitter sweet blessing.Let him have that redemption, he can’t get back his life.

“Sometimes when I’d hit a home run into the bleachers, I’d imagine the ball being caught by a kid and making his day. Then I’d think, ‘Someday, I might have to ask that kid for a job.’ I can’t imagine any of today’s players needing to ask anybody for a job after baseball.”– Ernie Banks

WE need to locate monica bowie and bring her home!***messymandella***

Monica Bowie a kidnapped victim, was abducted from  her residence in Atlanta, Georgia. She was a resident of the Berkshire Apartments which are located in a  middle class  neighborhood that catered to upcoming professionals.

Monica Bowie born in Pennsylvania, grew up as an independent woman and her stunning looks were also used to her advantage. Monica at one time was also a stripper for a few months, at the “Blue Flame” on the western side of Atlanta. She was last scene in a  parking garage in Atlanta, Georgia and was reported missing on July 5, 2007.

Psychic Sisters Suzanne and Jean Vincent went to Atlanta with Monica’s family to see if they could get psychic impressions from the crime scene and to bring Monica home. Now the disappearance is considered a cold case by some and the mainstream media will not aid in her recovery.

If we examine her last 24 hours and investigate and help her family and  friends and “Find Our Missing”maybe we will uncover the case. We need to  locate Monica Bowie, to bring her family closure. It is time to extend the families pleas and give them a opportunity for justice, and Monica’s redemption.

The Legend OF Frank Matthews***messymandella***

“Richer than Frank Lucas. More powerful than the Mafia. He was the biggest drug dealer in America. In 1973 he jumped bail and disappeared with 15 million dollars. He has never been seen again. Nearly four decades later, the fate of Frank Matthews remains a complete mystery. It s as if Matthews dropped off the face of the earth, explained Mike Pizzi, a retired U.S. Marshal who was involved with the hunt for Matthews, the fugitive, for several years.

The one hour and 23 minute documentary features rare archival footage, interviews with numerous sources who previously haven t talked on camera about Frank Matthews and never before seen photos of Matthews. The documentary explores several intriguing questions: how was Matthews been able to operate for several years without being detected? What was his relationship with La Cosa Nostra? Why did the CIA get involved in the Matthews investigation? Why has the mystery of his disappearance been so difficult to solve? Born in 1944 in Durham, North Carolina, Matthews left his hometown when he was a teenager, going first to Philadelphia and then to New York City. By the early 1970 s, Frank Matthews had become America’s biggest drug kingpin. His organization, headquartered in Brooklyn, stretched across more than 20 states, and he became the only Black gangster to establish direct ties to the French Connection heroin pipeline. To quote a federal prosecutor assigned to the Matthews case, Matthews was a pioneering giant of drug distribution.” Matthews organization eventually outgrew even the Italian Mafia, and when he built himself a mansion in Staten Island’s most exclusive neighborhood (and across the street from mobsters Paul Castellano and Three Finger Brown), he found himself on the verge of a war with La Cosa Nostra.

Matthews also battled militant Black Muslims for control in the streets of New Jersey and Philadelphia as he built his empire. The $15 to 20 million dollars he disappeared with is roughly equivalent to $100 million in today’s cash. What happened to Frank Matthews?

That’s the most intriguing questioning organized crime history, said Chepesiuk, who has spent five years researching the Frank Matthews story. Despite one of the largest man hunts in US history, there is no proof as to whether he is alive or dead.
About the Director
Alan ‘Al Profit’ Bradley has directed numerous true crime documentaries including ‘Motown Mafia’ and ‘Rollin: the Fall of the Auto Industry and the Rise of the Drug Economy in Detroit’ His first feature film, ‘Saint Aubin’ was also released in 2012. Ron Chepesiuk is the author of dozens of books and the director of a documentary on legendary heroin smuggler Ike Atkinson.”-MOVIE DESCRIPTION from uploader…
