Bill Cosby UPDATE -Thou’ Shall Keep Thy Jello Pudding Pop To YOURSELF***messymandella*** best of 2015

This man has demonstrated how he likes his pudding caressed and how he likes to licks and suck Jello Pudding Pops since the

1980’s and he even demonstrates how he wants it done.

Not Quite sure why these women are coming  out of the woodwork now considering that he has made it past his Twilight Years?

Actually these are his dead years, so what and who did what is up to speculation and interpretation and evidence of the ink on the parchment paper.

Women have a responsibility to report any behavior that may eventually put another woman’s life in danger.

Now for these geriatric beefs on the internet, we have to understand that rape doesn’t  discriminate with body type or tax bracket,  RAPE IS WRONG  and when you are a millionaire your legacy is always at stake.

He knows  that “Women say the darndest things” but  if I was one of these women, I would already be prepared for that backlash and reverse blame by the media.

Something about their testimony and statements seem to ring true, but would he do it to them,  how many women did he allegedly assault?

As of now, it seems we might have  Million Woman March before St.

 Patrick’s Day morning…

As I have said before money comes and goes.

Even with 400 million dollars, you still can face the same speculation and rape allegations as the fry cooker at McDonald’s.

Money can not save your legacy and that should be a lesson on keeping respect in a relationship.

What about Camille Cosby?

His alleged charges create embarrassment and interrupts her personal life as well.  This is an exerpt from CNN.

“For the last few weeks, the beloved TV dad who used to sell us Jell-O pudding pops has been at the center of an ever-growing scandal. He has canceled several appearances, Netflix has postponed the launch of his stand-up special, NBC nixed plans for a new comedy show, and this week Janice Dickinson became the latest woman to make allegations against him; telling E News that he raped her in 1982 after she’d done a stint in rehab.

Cosby is arguably the most successful African-American performer in television history, but this isn’t the first time he has found himself under scrutiny for extramarital affairs.”

Lachele Covington. Covington, an actress who was 20 at the time, filed a police report alleging that Cosby pushed her hand toward his penis after inviting her to his New York home on Jan. 25, 2000 to give her career advice. he New York Post reported that authorities “decided no crime had been committed because until the very moment Covington pulled her hand away, all actions had been consensual.” A Cosby spokesperson called the story “not true.”

Andrea Constand. Constand told Ontario police in January 2005 that a year prior, when she was 31, she had visited Cosby at his home in Pennsylvania seeking career advice.

Shawn Brown. The National Enquirer reported in 2005 that Brown, who has also gone by the name Shawn Upshaw, says Cosby drugged and raped her while she was unconscious. The site Hollywood, Interrupted also published her allegations in 2007.

Tamara Green. In February of 2005, Green, a retired trial attorney, appeared on The Today Show and told Matt Lauer that Cosby had drugged and assaulted her.

Beth Ferrier. In June 2005, Ferrier, 46 at the time, told the Philadelphia Daily News that Cosby drugged her coffee when she visited him before a performance in Denver when she was 25. Ferrier, who worked as a model, had been in a consensual relationship with Cosby that ended before the alleged assault; she met him through mutual acquaintances and had believed he would help her with her career. Ferrier was also a Jane Doe.
Barbara Bowman. In 2006, Bowman publicly identified herself as one of Constand’s Jane Does via an article in Philadelphia Magazine, though she didn’t discuss details of her accusation at the time. In October of this year—after comedian Hannibal Buress called Cosby a rapist during a performance—Bowman, now 47 and an artist, spoke about her experience to the Daily Mail. When she was 17 and pursuing a career as a model and actress, she says, she met Cosby, who she says pursued a mentor-mentee relationship with her and drugged and assaulted her multiple times. (While the Daily Mail can be unreliable, Bowman later vouched for its version of her account in a Washington Post piece.) Bowman’s account mentions that during their first encounter he asked her to wet her hair and pretend to be drunk while he stroked her, an incident similar to those recounted by other accusers.

Joan Tarshis. On Nov. 16 of this year Joan Tarshis, a 64-year-old music industry publicist and journalist, told Hollywood Elsewhere that Cosby raped her twice in 1969 when she was 19 years old and pursuing a career as a writer in L.A. Tarshis says Cosby first assaulted her after he invited her to work on material with him in his bungalow and made her a drink that caused her to lose consciousness.

Linda Joy Traitz. Now 63, Traitz wrote on Facebook on Nov. 17 that Cosby assaulted her when she was 19 and working as a waitress at a restaurant that he partially owned. Traitz alleges that Cosby offered her a ride home from the restaurant but instead drove her to a beach and tried to force her to take pills to help her “relax.” Traitz told CNN he then groped her chest, pushed her down, and tried to lie on top of her. Traitz has a criminal record that includes imprisonment on a drug trafficking conviction; in a response to her allegations, Marty Singer, an attorney representing Cosby, cited her troubled past and said she lacks credibility.

Janice Dickinson. On Nov. 18, model and reality TV personality Janice Dickinson, now 59, told EHntertainment Tonight that Cosby sexually assaulted her in 1982.

Therese Serignese. The Huffington Post printed allegations made against Cosby by Serignese, a 57-year-old nurse in Boca Raton, Florida, on Nov. 20.

Carla Ferrigno. Carla Ferrigno, an actress and the wife of Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno, told Rumorfix on Nov. 20 that in 1967 Cosby grabbed her and forcefully kissed her at a party while his wife was in another  room.

Renita Chaney Hill. Hill, now 47, says she met Cosby when she was 15 and he was filming an educational TV segment in Pittsburgh
ife of Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno, told Rumorfix on Nov. 20 that in 1967 Cosby grabbed her and forcefully kissed her at a party while his wife in room

Entertainment Tonight that Cosby sexually assaulted her in 1982. At a dinner in Lake Tahoe at which they were to discuss her career, she says, she asked him for a pill for period cramps, and that “the last thing I remember was Bill Cosby in a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me. And I remember a lot of pain.” Singer, Cosby’s attorney, called Dickinson’s story “a fabricated lie.” Dickinson says Cosby’s attorneys kept her from including a description of the alleged assault in a 2002 book, but Singer says she never wrote such a description and was never contacted by Cosby representatives.

Therese Serignese. The Huffington Post printed allegations made against Cosby by Serignese, a 57-year-old nurse in Boca Raton, Florida, on Nov. 20. She says she encountered Cosby in 1976 when she was 19 years old; he was headlining a show at the Las Vegas Hilton, she alleges, and approached her in the hotel gift shop. Backstage in the green room, he allegedly gave her drugs, and when she came to he was having sex with her in a bathroom, she says.

Carla Ferrigno. Carla Ferrigno, an actress and the wife of Incredible Hulk star Lou Feno, told Rumorfix on Nov. 20 that in 1967 Cosby grabbed her and forcefully kissed her at a party while his wife was in another room.

Michelle Hurd. Actress Michelle Hurd, known for her roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Gossip Girl, among others, described Cosby as being “very inappropriate” with her when she was doing stand-in work on the Cosby Show. “It started innocently, lunch in his dressing room, daily, then onto weird acting exercises were he would move his hands up and down my body, (can’t believe I fell for that) I was instructed to NEVER tell anyone what we did together,” Hurd reportedly wrote in a Facebook post on Nov. 20.

Kristina Ruehli. The 71-year-old was one of the Jane Does in the Andrea Constand case that was settled out of court. In 1965, Ruehli worked as a secretary at a talent agency in Los Angeles that represented Cosby. Ruehli told Philadelphia Magazine in a story published on Nov. 21 that Cosby asked her to a party at his home, but it turned out she was the only guest.

Victoria Valentino. In early 1970, Valentino—a former Playboy Playmate—had dinner with Cosby and an aspiring actress named Meg Foster. Valentino says Cosby offered them red pills. All three took a pill and went back to Cosby’s house, according to Valentino’s account. Valentino, now 71, says she recalled pulling Cosby off of Foster as he tried to rape her.

Joyce Emmons. Former comedy club manager Joyce Emmons told TMZ in a story published Nov. 22 that she ran in the same crowd as Cosby in the late 1970s, and that he kept “a drawer full of drugs.” Emmons says “one night she got a bad migraine and Cosby offered her a white pill which he said ‘was a little strong’ but could cure a headache,” according to TMZ. “She says she took the pill, blacked out, and the next thing she knew she was nude in bed in Cosby’s suite with one of his friends—a guy who had unsuccessfully tried hitting on her earlier in the evening.

Jewel Allison. Allison, a former model, told the New York Daily News in a story published Nov. 24 that Cosby sexually assaulted her at his New York City home in the late 1980s. She says the two of them were eating dinner at his Manhattan brownstone when she became disoriented after drinking wine he poured for her.

Donna Motsinger. The New York Post reported on Nov. 26 that the 73-year-old Motsinger says Cosby “drugged and raped her in 1971 when she worked as a waitress at a jazz club in Sausalito, Calif.” Motsinger was one of the Jane Does identified in Andrea Constand’s

Judy Huth. In a lawsuit filed Dec. 2, Huth alleges that she met Cosby in a Los Angeles park in 1974 when she was 15 years old and that he sexually abused her days later at the Playboy Mansion. Huth claims that Cosby provided her with a number of alcoholic drinks before confronting her in a bedroom and using her hand to masturbate himself. Singer says Huth’s allegations are false and that she attempted to extort Cosby before filing her suit.

Helen Hayes. At a Dec. 3 press conference called by prominent attorney Gloria Allred, Hayes alleged that Cosby groped her in 1973 after they met at a celebrity tennis tournament in Pebble Beach, Calif. and he followed Hayes and her friends around the city despite their attempts to avoid him

Actress Chelan. At the same press conference that Hayes spoke at, a woman identifying herself only by her first name, Chelan, said that Cosby drugged and sexually abused her at the Las Vegas Hilton in 1986 when she was 17 after promising to introduce her to representatives from a modeling agency.

P .J. Masten. Masten, a former Playboy Bunny, told CNN in an interview broadcast Dec. 5 that Cosby drugged and raped her at the Whitehall Hotel in Chicago after drugging her drink.

Beverly Johnson.* In a Dec. 11 Vanity Fair piece, Johnson—a model and actress who in 1974 became the first black woman to appear on the cover of Vogue—wrote that Cosby drugged her during a mid-’80s visit to his home when she

Stop bullying : the story of rehtaeh parsons***messymandella***

A message from her father:rae003

“My daughter was three years old when we went to watch Babe: Pig in the City. There’s a part in the movie when Babe knocks over a goldfish bowl and the fish falls onto the floor and starts flopping around. When this happened Rae suddenly stood up on her chair in the movie theatre and started screaming for someone to help the fish. She cried for it as I tried to reassure her Babe would help (thank God he did) and that the fish would be alright.

That was the nature of my daughter Rehtaeh. She was like that her whole life. I couldn’t go for a walk in Halifax with her without her asking me for change to give to someone in need. She was always looking out for people or animals that needed help. She called Animal Control Services on our neighbors because they left their dog outside too long. Her room and her life was always full of little creatures.

Sometimes her heart was too big, sometimes it scared me.

They say parents need to teach their children. Instead, it was Rehtaeh who was my teacher. My precious gift. She was the absolute best part of my life.

There’s a wooden box in my house that holds all the memories I have of my beautiful little girl. The outfit she wore home from the hospital, a hand print in clay, art, school cards and drawings, mementoes of her life. Even a newspaper dated December 9th, 1995, the day she came into this world.

I tried to keep it all for her, to have someday when she grew up and had her own family. That day will never come.

Rehtaeh died April 7th at 11:15 PM. She was 17 years old.

She died struggling to live, much as she spent the last 18 months. She hung on right to the very end, when the nurses were telling us if she couldn’t be declared brain dead soon they couldn’t use her as an organ donor. We couldn’t wait any longer. She couldn’t live any longer. And right at the last moment there was a change in her blood pressure as the last part of her brain gave away. She knew she had to leave. It was time to let go and find peace.

It was so like her to hang on right up until the very last second. To give us all a chance to hold her hand, wipe her tears away, and kiss her beautiful face for the last time.

I tried my best to save my daughter’s life. I believe that in my heart.

I asked her repeatedly what I could do, was I doing enough, what did she want from me? She said she just wanted me to be her dad. To make her laugh. To do everything possible to keep a part of her life normal. She said it helped more than I could ever know.

I prayed for the best while I prepared her for the worst. We went to counseling together. Sometimes I was the driver, sometimes the father, sometimes the counselor.”

The worst nightmare of my life has just begun. I loved my beautiful baby with all my heart. She meant everything to me. I felt her heart beating in my soul from the moment she was born until the moment she died. We were a team. We were best pals. We often sat on my couch and laughed until we could hardly speak. When we weren’t together she would call me or text me every single day, just to say hi, to say she loved me. The life I had with my daughter was a rare thing. It was wonderful, it consumed me. I was defined by it. It made my life rich and beautiful. She was amazing.”

Chris Brown Finally Wins My Approval But Probably Shouldn’t Give A Damn!***messymandella***

When a man decides that he wants to grow up, he will. When he lies and cheats, a child will eventually pop up somewhere. It is stupid to think otherwise. Chris Brown made Karrueche look like a plumb fool, but she stayed until this little lady popped up. That is right, Chris Brown  finally found the one woman who would get him dumped by Karrueche for good. Chris has no problem getting attention from women, but now he is receiving attention from one special little woman, his daughter, Royalty.

However, no matter how beautiful the women were that pursued Chris, he stayed with Karrueche. Karrueche apparently told millions he loved her.Women and dummies of all backgrounds  would run over their mom for a chance for a one night stand, with Chris Brown.

This situation is a product of  mistrust and selfishness that happens in our community. This factor  contributes to an abundance of  our single family homes.

Chris Brown cheated, but no man should never be asked to choose between their child and the woman they love.

Why would any woman make than an option?

Gabrielle Union was criticized for forgiving her boyfriend, now husband, Dewayne Wade, after his “break baby.” Was she wrong, or is that child a blessing to them both?

Of course, Chris Brown has enough money to purchase a different woman every hour, but this is not about his zipper, it is  about his little princess in his life. Well, actually it is about his zipper, because if he could have kept is zipper up or wrapped it up then Karrueche would not have  been sitting on that couch, crying and begging for Ivana Vanzant to fix her life.

Do you leave because of infidelity?

As the world revolves into social norms of non marriage and just cohabitation, it is quite common for us to ignore the signs of infidelity but you can not help but appreciate a man who decides his child comes first.

Even after a man conceived a child dishonorably, the woman in his life should not consider the child the mistake and that little princess is too cute.

Should Karrueche have left him and resented the child? When a man  cheats or has a child, the first question should be is about the  lack of protection during the sexual intercourse, not the child!

Is this a normal occurrence of unprotected sex a liability, are you in danger? Of course, but we are so reckless these days as a society. The infidelity is the crime, not Royalty.

Every woman has been in the situation where they were disrespected in public by someone who should have respected them and showered then with honor, like karrueche.

A baby conceived during an infidelity is a reminder of your partners portrayal  to you, but the child should come before our selfish needs.

Infidelity is wrong, but never resent an innocent baby, It takes a real woman to not hold a grudge towards the child. If you are bitter it will change that mans perspective of you, wait he cheated, DAMN his perspective!

The baby was conceived and should be a mandatory part of your lives, and not seen as a payment or hindering in the life of the parent.

In the end, a father should be a part of a child’s life, and Chris Brown is proving that fact to the world, even with a troubled past that one little girl can give you hope.

Chris  was obligated  to be loyal and that didn’t’ work and the dependency of his child is now the first priority in his life.

You will regret causing a rift between a children  and their father.

Why do most men and women with children, NOT LIVE TOGETHER?

We must get back to a two parent homes in our culture.

In the end, people will go their separate ways but why should that happen before the child is born? When  a mother is pregnant and you are in the club all night meeting other women, that sets a tone  for your intentions and is a negative foreshadowing of that child’s upbringing.

I am really starting to believe that the clubs and strip clubs that have frequent traffic with the same patriots are set up also to destroy the family structure.

Our black families are in trouble because we accept someone who stops by whenever and propositioning others, which should not be happening  in the first years of that child’s development with no regard to the family.

The early  moments are the most critical and if you don’t believe that the black family structure is dying, just evaluate the statistics.  The social norm is 4 Kids by 4 different women and the man is not obligated  to live with any of the baby mothers.

Even if didn’t work out, why not try to make a life closer to your child.

Get out the clubs.

GO HOME AND RAISE THESE CHILDREN!

It is no reason to be in a bar every night unless you are a bartender, or  partying in a club every night unless you are a DJ.

Chris Brown  is doing the right thing by raising his child, she is an adorable little girl.

He could have raised his child within a family structure, but that is not obligated in this society.

Christopher seems to be a little more mature and he has a  blessing, his little baby that will depend on him to keep her protected and ensure her a bright future.

With Chris Brown’s temper, he will definitely protect his daughter and probably scare the hell out of her kindergarten teachers.

In the end, a man should make his child his priority.

No woman should ever make a man feel that he has to choose a  emotional relationship over father hood.

Fox News Reporter Hannity Defends Walter Scott Against An Uncle Tom!***messymandella***

NEW YORK TIMES

A white police officer in North Charleston, S.C., was charged with murder on Tuesday after a video surfaced showing him shooting in the back and killing an apparently unarmed black man while the man ran away.

The officer, Michael T. Slager, 33, said he had feared for his life because the man had taken his stun gun in a scuffle after a traffic stop on Saturday. A video, however, shows the officer firing eight times as the man, Walter L. Scott, 50, fled. The North Charleston mayor announced the state charges at a news conference Tuesday evening.

The shooting came on the heels of high-profile instances of police officers’ using lethal force in New York, Cleveland, Ferguson, Mo., and elsewhere. The deaths have set off a national debate over whether the police are too quick to use force, particularly in cases involving black men.
If a cop shoots someone and that cop is not in immediate danger, shouldn’t paramedics be called to treat the victim, not just more cops? Shouldn’t that be the priority, ensuring that life is saved?”

***messymandella***

You must have a moral compass to navigate yourself in this deceptive world. I am embarrassed to be a native of South Carolina at this moment, and can’t believe that we are soon going to join the same ranks as the other victims that I told myself, were disgraceful people from disgraceful places. We do not deserve the same scrutiny as Ferguson, or do we? What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong! We hold these truths that are self evident and we are obligated for justice for all.

Story is a horrific mess!.
