Can you remember where you were when Christopher Wallace (May 21, 1972 – March 9, 1997) was Murdered?

I remember seeing all that glass, and that Suburban Truck riddled with bullets.

Conspiracy after conspiracy will always plaque his demise and haunt his fans.

We may never knew who took his life!

He will forever be quoted as 1 of the Top 5.

The King of New York died on March 9!

Kendrick Lamar needs to “Control” himself and go somewhere and sit down!

How in the Google Map Hell, can you be “The King Of New York” and you from Compton, California?

Christopher Wallace, we celebrate the music and your dreamed deferred and complicated life in film and in music.

Legends may die, but the legacy will only educate us and guide us in our lives, to not share his fate.

Christopher’s rap impact will never be duplicated, he wasn’t an Angel but he lived with knowledge of self!

Hip Hop  Lives Forever, even if “The King Of New York” died 20 years ago!

Why Isn’t Faith Evans On The Top Of The Charts?***messymandella***

  •          Thinking to myself, about Faith Evans and her unsung talent. No one shows Faith Evan’s the attention she deserves. Maybe, because that entire “Faith Evan’s Is the reason Tupac and Biggie Were Beefing!” That  drama was in the 90’s, and  LET THAT GO! We will never know what happened between her and both men. Why does this overshadow this womans talent?

Faith Evans was competition for Mary J.Blige. Now Mary always has Grammy performances, and collaborations. Faith Evan’s releases an album with little or  no promotion. Now she is on a reality show, with women that were of course almost C list singers. Faith deserves so much more. Her voice is  unmatchable. She has changed her image, and still the same results.

Maybe Faith Evans should have tried to resolve her differences  with Bad Boy? When she was with Bad Boy we knew Faith Evans! So many women wanted to look like Faith Evans and loved her swagger.  She will always be one of the best singers, even if you will never see her on MTV or 106  and Park. Maybe we should focus on her music. Maybe people are still pissed  off at Faith Evans, because of Tupac and Biggie’s beef ?That  will never bring these rappers  back! Focus on Faith  and talent, and not her past, or rumors from her haters.

G-Dep after he confesses to a “Cold Case

G -Dep has left the limelight for good. I knew after loosing his rap career, he had some financial challenges.

G-Dep made a career move that would give him the financial support he would need! He was signed to Bad Boy in 1998. He had a contract to release 5 albums. That never happened.

G-Dep developed a drug problem that cost him his career and created money woes. G-Dep in 2010 confessed to a “Cold Case.” Yes, we know what  a “Cold case” means. They have suspicions of the killer, but not enough proof.”Cold Cases” can stay on the back-burner for decades.

G-Dep was so high on drugs that he snitched on himself.

At 18 he robbed and killed John Henkle in 1993. He has been in prison for about 2 years. G-Dep left his wife and twins behind to enter prison.

Drug addiction is bragged about, and mentioned in many songs. There are those that can function as drug addicts. Then, we have the G-Dep’s that lose it all. They later regret their decisions, but it is too late.

You have to be on some serious drugs to admit to a 1993 killing. I’m just saying…Woah!

Check out Mrs. Drama’s video with G-Dep, as he discussed his career and drug abuse.

He should have never picked up that “Special Delivery

Listen and ask yourself, “What Can I do with this beat?”

Some of the hottest freestyle are of course from Drake and Jay Z’s, “Pound Cake” because everyone heard something else…

Artist will stay motivated and polished if they listen to every genre of music, and respect creativity and each others’ interpretation and respect the eccentric, remember  Micheal Jackson was considered eccentric and he is and always will be “The King Of Pop.” Klaus died in 1983 before AIDS received its negative and shaming stigma.

IF the artist is serious about the culture and and the art form, they should be able to adapt and express themselves within any genre of music, and make it their own.

Faith Evans – Soon As I Get Home ***messymandella***

Faith Evans was competition for Mary J Blige…

Mary J Blige surpassed Faith Evans and the other diva’s albums were distributed with a very limited individual control or artistic freedom. Faith Evans was at the top, in the 1990’s and should be respected more in the musical game.  All of theses divas were competition in all arenas Grammy performances, and soul collaborations. Concert tours, endorsements, appearances and then nothing…

Faith Evan’s releases an album with little or  no promotion from anyone these days.

She is apparently on KOCH Records…

Faith was   on a reality show, with women that were of course almost C list singers, but she  quit that too. Faith deserves so much more, with her unmatchable voice and ability. She has changed her reputation, and still the same results.

Why did we forget about Faith?

Faith Evans: Right Here ***messymandella***

“I’m really an inner spirit that only makes itself known through the music.

A lot of people think I’m an introvert, or quiet and moody.

I’ve even heard some people say that there’s a certain mystery or darkness about me.

I’m not that way. I’m just really into what I do.”– Quote from Faith Evans
