DONNELL PORTER.gif

In this “game” that we live and die by, but we flourish even if for a season, why would sacrificing a child ever be an option or justified reason?

Why?

While questioning and endless soul-searching about “the game” and the life ,I realize that it is too many sleepless nights. Too many nights hoping he or she is still alive or not behind bars.

I can’t fathom for the life of me, why did Donnell have to die?

In this “game” that food, clothes, and families get fed, but still why would anyone sacrifice an innocent child?

Why would a child’s life even be deemed equivalent to any drug debt or street beef? Why would we sacrifice life for the trap, or for any street beef.

We leave our families, take trips down south to carry weight, but our children and any child in our family did not decide his or her fate?

mjh

What could be more important than the life of a child?

What can’t be purchased?

Is everything for sale?

Do we only worry about the here and now and stay so high and drunk that our minds will not deviate from the for the self-destruction and obvious short time gratification?

Are we programmed to eliminate each other, and we are aware of it, but choose to not take heed?

I have links to the stories about Rich Alpo and Wayne Perry below and feel free to click on links, if you are not familiar with THIS story.

What I wanted to do was not just get teary eyed and speak my heart. I wanted to glance at the article of Donnell’s murder and it was too hard to finish at first, but if you are out there in these streets, promise me that you will not jeopardize a child’s life by shooting into a crowd.

Promise yourself and your mother’s and grandmother’s that you will not be responsible for anyone’s child getting buried before they have a chance to become a teenager.

Promise me that you will not abandon your children when they need you the most, for this lackluster hyped, but deathly and misleading damaging thing that we all call “the game.”

Here is Donnell’s story.

Read it and make sure that you make it home and not end up in a tragedy as the one in the movie “Paid In Full.”

Body of a Boy Found in Bags On Bronx Path

Published: January 30, 1990

The body of a kidnapped 12-year-old boy whose finger was cut off and sent to his family in December to pressure them into sending ransom money was found Sunday afternoon wrapped in plastic bags off the Hutchinson River Parkway in the Bronx, the police said yesterday.

The body of William Porter of 155 West 132d Street in Manhattan was found on a bicycle path near the parkway’s City Island exit by a homeless man looking for cans, Lieut. Raymond O’Donnell, a police spokesman, said. It was less than a mile from where the body of his older brother, Richard, who the police said was a crack dealer the kidnappers wanted to pay the ransom, was found shot to death on Jan. 4.

William’s body was inside 14 black plastic garbage bags, stuffed one inside the other. It was clothed in clean white sneakers, blue jeans and a white shirt. The body was badly decomposed but not cut up or dismembered, Lieutenant O’Donnell said.

William was kidnapped the morning of Dec. 5 as he walked the four blocks from his home to Public School 92. For 48 hours his abductors tried to extort as much as $500,000 from his 25-year-old brother, Richard Thomas Porter, the police said. On the second day the kidnappers cut off the boy’s right index finger and left it in a coffee cup in a bathroom with a minute long tape of the child pleading with his family to pay the ransom.

‘Get the Money’

”They cutted my finger off,” William’s voice said, shaking, on the tape, a police official said. ”Please help me. Get the money. I love you, Mommy.” On Jan. 4, Richard Porter was found shot to death near Orchard Beach Park, less than a mile from where William’s body was found Sunday. He was shot several times in the head and chest and the police found $2,239 in his pocket.

Detectives have speculated that William was kidnapped because of his brother’s drug dealing and that Mr. Porter was trying to negotiate without the help of the police when he was killed. They said Mr. Porter sold about $50,000 worth of crack a week. He was convicted of drug possession in April 1984 and of weapons possession in November 1984. The investigation is focusing on rival drug dealers and those who extort from them.

On Jan. 16, a drug-dealing associate of Mr. Porter’s was found shot to death at 149 West 132d Street. Stanley Harvey, 24 years old, of 716 St. Nicholas Avenue, was found dead of several bullet wounds on the fifth floor of an abandoned building. Investigators believe the three killings may be connected.

Investigators say they are looking for a 1989 two-door black Nissan with the New York license plate number 7HL209, in which Richard Porter was seen in Harlem the evening before his body was found.

Pathologists will try to determine whether William was killed before or after his brother was.

Crying on the Phone

William’s mother, Velma Porter, 44, discovered her son was missing at 4 P.M. on Dec. 5, when he did not come home from school. At 5 P.M., she received the first of seven telephone calls, with William crying on the phone. A caller believed to be male asked for $500,000 in ransom, but Mrs. Porter said they could not afford the ransom.

The next day, a caller told the family to go to the nearby McDonald’s restaurant, and a family friend found two rings there that belonged to William, a cassette tape and a two-inch piece of an index finger.

The last contact with the family that the police know of was made on Dec. 10, police officials said, when a woman handed a note to a child in upper Manhattan and told him to deliver it to William’s aunt. The note said the boy was in pain and needed medical attention.”

Rapper Charly Wingate Is Innocent! 6 Years Later And We Still Can’t ‘Free Max B’***messymandella***

In our lifetime we can succumb to  the villainous spirit of our enemies and deception  and

disappointment in this system of things,we are living in a complicated era, we thought racism had died down, and with a biracial president, that would increase more unification, but it hasn’t.

Why do we always say Free MAX B, instead of Charly Wingate?

Is it the end for Charly, according to the Justice Department? YES

If someone in Harlem or anywhere in general would speak up, he would have a chance….

Even if you are not guilty, after you enter those prison doors, they only give you a few appeals, and if  your attorney can prove conclusively that you are innocent, those doors are closed forever.

As, I thought about this particular case, imagine if  I personally had a history with  the prisoner it would be  hardheartedly  and devastating to know  they were innocent, but couldn’t do a damn thing about it?

I would go above and beyond to find people to speak in his behalf. He was not star status like Jay Z or Meek Mill, but innocence is innocence.

He was more than just a rapper.

He was and still is a man, an innocent man behind bars.

I would of course gather my supporters and open up dozens of petitions.

I looked for those “FREE MAX B” petitions and they have been all closed.

You are no longer able to participate in insuring that justice is served.

His life can be forgotten, in the eyes of the law.

January 25, 2015 , they are not bringing Charly Wingate  home unless their is divine intervention, and truth from the crew that set Max B up in the beginning.

With Love,

***messymandella***

I wrote this story a hot minute ago, thousands have read it.

Salute to all MAX B’s fans and family and The Harlem Matriarch.

I don’t believe he should be in the BOX that long!

There is something that bugs me about the Max B case.
I know he bragged about crimes, and served time for robbery.
I know all of this, but Max did not deserve this mess.
I just don’t understand why he doesn’t have a chance for freedom until 2042?
We’ll I am a prissy nerd.
I  read all the time. I retain knowledge and I wonder about truth. Some criminals do make it a life long goal to visit the penitentiary repeatedly. I don’t know why I think this case is different? I have read about and listened to interviews. My heart hurts for strangers, if I feel they suffered injustice. I hope Santra Rucker and others get their chance to rejoin freedom.

I don’t understand the Criminal Background of Conspiracy. I just hope NO ONE tells me they might commit a crime.
So just because someone called me and joked about it I can get 75 years in prison? I  made  jokes about him being stupid enough to  be in prison, for running his mouth. His freedom, and lively hood are not a joking matter. He has been thrown away to rot.It is frightening that talking can get you 75 years.

Where the hell is the proof he was the mastermind?

Was there a taped confession?

His on again, off again girlfriend told on him. He’s gone, but again how do we know he masterminded this plan? Career over! Gina could have easily did that to get a lighter  sentence and no one could discredit her story?    There is no proof he orchestrated this robbery.   Let’s began the love story from Hell. Dipset was on tour. However, Cam’ron, and Santana were a “no show.” Max B   met  a groupie,Gina Conroy, in Myrtle Beach South Carolina at a concert.

Gina Conway was already living with a man for 10 years.

Gina Conway,  left and wanted to “live the life.” Max B used her and threw her away, horrible but truthfully that was the final result.

While he was flashing money, she was stripping to pay for her drug addiction.

He would then turn around and take her back, that was his mistake.

Charly Wingate is an arrogant, little man who brags about pimping, and always flashes his money. Does that mean he’s guilty?

I do think that  rappers  can convict themselves with their own lyrics. Reputation and  music  videos perceive a lifestyle that can glorify crime.

He might be wrongfully accused, this time. I just don’t understand how he wasn’t at the scene, but is doing this time?

Shouldn’t the person or people on the scene and firing the gun, be the only people punished?

Once again, if he did it, no sympathy. What if he didn’t do it?

We won’t know until 2042.

Some women and men become scorned. They hate you for not wanting them so they plot revenge, even divorces get violently damaging. Love turns to hate, and friends become rats. Max B was already living with other women and had eyes on a new strand of dummies to sell ass, she was damaged goods.

Wouldn’t you be mad if you moved from the South and left your life, to be with someone? He kicked her out,and she was financially struggling, while his pockets were wavy. You can’t blame her for wanting revenge. Maybe she didn’t want him with anyone? Sh

We have the temptation of forgetting the ones we feel are no longer able to be free we get high enough or drunk enough too numb the pain, but Charly is still behind bars…

We  stand paralyzed by this system and corruption but forget about the tragic state of Max B. It is devastating to be in prison for 75 years if you are innocent, such as the case with Charly Wingate.

No one deserves prison, if they are not guilty.

It is Time To Discuss The Irresponsible, Glamorization, And Demoralization Of Lean AKA Codeine On The Hip Hop Culture.***messymandella***

  • Codeine, one ingredient in “Lean” is an opiate similar to : Heroin, Morphine, Oxycontin or Vicodin. We’ve coined Lean as, “Hip-Hop’s New Heroin”. Not a good look by the way, if you’ve ever seen a heroin addict.

Some of the biggest supporters of this drink seem to be the ones who have died at the mercy of this drink. DJ Screw, died of a codeine-promethazine-alcohol overdose in 2000. Big Moe, a DJ Screw protégé, who rapped excessively about this drink died at age 33 in 2007, after suffering a heart attack one week earlier that left him in a coma.

In 2007, Pimp C died from complications of Sleep Apnea after drinking Lean.

Codeine is not as addictive as Heroin, but once addicted, the withdrawal symptoms mirror those of a Heroin addiction.

The two active ingredients Codeine & Promethazineare are both Central Nervous System Depressants, diminish  your breathing capacity, which is why people feel that “good feeling” or that euphoria.

However, sometimes it slows the system down so much that a person stops breathing and dies.

April 2012 Schoolboy Q revealed that he quit sipping on Lean and is trying to get A$AP Rocky to follow his lead.

The duo created the popular hit, “Hands on the Wheel.”

Schoolboy Q said he quit after he drank some Lean and passed out, then woke up breathing heavily due to his complications with asthma: “I don’t know if it was a near-death experience but it felt like I was about to die.

I’ve been going through withdrawals… It’s like somebody’s grabbing your stomach… and just holding it.”

In the interview with AngieMartinez he clearly should be in rehab, but even if it is destroys his sex life and his musical ability, he still chooses the lean. Every  drug addict says, “I can quit, when I want…”

The drug can produce a  Neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS), which might induce be fatality.

Symptoms of Lean  include body temperature increasing at a high rate, rigid muscle activity, disorientation, abnormal  or irregular heartbeat and sweating  and epileptic fits.

Lean is a bandwagon drug that everyone in a crew usually experiment with their entourage. No one  wants to  be out of the loop and adults suffer from peer pressure too.

I am convinced that if Jay Z made a song about Clorox and sprite, people would drink that too.

That is why we have a million people posing with their double cups with self-glorification and ultimately grinning in a video glamorizing the deadly toxic.

Rappers are not obligated to act as  male mentors, but if a teen is lacking a permanent male, they mimic  images and behavior.

They believe they can leave the projects and reach fame by jumping on every new gimmick.

The weak minded need acceptance, but the “genius child” also can fall short, by their own addictions, just like Jean Michel Basquiat.

Rehab doesn’t work if as soon as you leave rehab you go back to the same friends you were leaning with in the beginning of your addiction.

The harsh reality remains you may consume Lean for years without any injury or near death experience until one day you can’t wake up…
